1. MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2015-01 (Verny Carvajal)
Salvador and Aida Perez are requesting a minor exception to allow the construction of a
second dwelling unit above a detached garage at 1221 South Orange Avenue in the
Single Family Residence (R1) zoning district.
Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter and notices mailed on January
29, 2015.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution approving Minor Exception No.
2015-01 as conditioned.
