1. MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2015-02 (Hally Soboleske)
Item continued from March 4, 2015 to March 25, 2015; March 25, 2015 to April 8, 2015
Cruz Ramirez and Macda Gabrakirstos are requesting a minor exception to allow the
construction of a second dwelling unit in a park deficient area at 526 South Broadway in
the Specific Development No. 40 (SD40) zoning district.
Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on February 17, 2015 and
notices mailed on February 19, 2015.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution approving Minor Exception No.
2015-02 as conditioned.
