Tioga Pass Properties, LLC proposes to split an existing through lot into two equally-
sized residential lots. The first lot will contain an existing single-family residence while
the second will be developed with a new single-family residence at 1135 West Brook
Street located in the Multiple Family Residential (R3) zoning district.

RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2014-02 (County Map No.
2013-154) as conditioned.
