MOTION: Receive and File.
OPENING OF THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAIT LIST
{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 3C}
MOTION: Authorize the Executive Director to open the Housing
Choice Voucher Wait List on July 1, 2015 and close on July 31, 2015.
AGREEMENT FOR HOUSING FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND ADVISORY
SERVICES {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5,31
MOTION:
1. Authorize the Executive Director to execute an on-call agreement
with Keyser Marston Associates, inc. to provide housing financial
analysis and advisory services in an amount not to exceed
$100,000 for a two-year agreement, subject to nonsubstantive
changes approved by the Executive Director and the Authority
general counsel.
2. Authorize the Executive Director to execute an on-call agreement
with CSG Advisors, Inc., to provide housing financial analysis and
advisory services in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for a two-
year agreement, subject to non -substantive changes approved by
the Executive Director and the Authority general counsel.
