MEMORANDUM OF LEASE
This Memorandum of Lease, made and entered into this 2-[ '
day of M&RCk 1994 by and between the Santa Ana Unified
School District (hereinafter called Landlord) and the City of Santa
Ana, a municipal corporation (hereinafter called Tenant.
WITNESSETH

1. Real Estate Lease: Landlord and Tenant have entered into a
certain Lease dated as of September 19, 1917, (hereinafter
called Lease) wherein Landlord leased and demised unto Tenant
and Tenant accepted from Landlord on the terms and conditions
stated in the Lease, the premises described as follows:
All that certain parcel of land located in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Commencing at a point on the North line of 14th Street 550
feet East of the East line of French Street running thence
eastward along the North line of 14th Street produced to the
westerly line of the right of way of the Southern Pacific
Railway, thence Northwesterly along the westerly line of said
right of way to a point 550 feet East of the East line of
French Street, thence South along the line parallel to the
East line of French Street to the point of beginning being a
part of the Lincoln Park Tract as shown on a map recorded in
Book 6, page 14 of Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
2. Term: The term of the lease is from September 19, 1917 to
September 18, 2016.

3. Memorandum of Lease: This Memorandum of Lease is made for the
purpose of giving notice of the said Lease and certain of its
terms, covenants and conditions, and for no other purposes.
The provisions of this Memorandum of Lease shall not in any
way change or affect the provisions of the said Lease, express
reference is which is hereby made and the terms and conditions
of which remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Memorandum
of Lease as of the date first written above.
