CALL TO ORDER Mayor PULIDO Councilmembers AMEZCUA, BENAVIDES, MARTINEZ, REYNA, SARMIENTO, TINAJERO City Manager, City Attorney, Clerk of the Council PUBLIC COMMENTS - Members of the public may address the City Council on items on the Closed Session Agenda. CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters without members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters will prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation: 1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL--EXISTING LITIGATION pursuant to Paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code:  Thomas Rivas vs City of Santa Ana; Case Nos. ADJ9005700; ADJ2495594 and ADJ Unassigned  City of Santa Ana v. William Green Superior Court Case Number 30-2015- 00783615 2. LIABILITY CLAIMS pursuant to section 54956.95 of the Government Code:  Claimant: Eduardo Viera, No. 2015-066 CLOSED SESSION MEETING 1 MARCH 15, 2016 3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Potential Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 (One Case). 4. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8: Address of Property: Bristol Street Project Coalition Properties 1.Coalition Property: 1417 N.
