Recommended 7:0 that the City Council certify the
environmental impact report and statement of
overriding considerations as well as approve the
amendments to the development agreement
Recommend that the City Council:
Certify the Final EIR, approve the
Mitigation Monitoring Program and
Statement of Overriding Considerations
Adopt an ordinance approving the
amendment to the development
agreement
