ATTENDANCE Members Present: Councilmember Michele Martinez Mayor Pro Tem Vicente Sarmiento, Chair Members Absent: None Staff Present: David Cavazos, Sonia Carvalho, Robert Cortez, Alma Flores, Jorge Garcia, Francisco Gutierrez, Mark Lawrence, Fred Mousavipour, Julie Castro, Daniel Soto and Yasmin Vazquez.
