GIS -based mobile application for locating and receiving information on local
historic properties.

HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSIONER TRAINING SESSION
Assistant City Attorney Lisa Storck provided a PowerPoint presentation which outlined
the responsibilities of an appointed commissioner including voting procedures, conduct,
commission bylaws, and the Brown Act.
BUSINESS CALENDAR
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Assistant City Attorney Lisa Storck and Planning Manager Candida Neal noted that after
review of the bylaws, elections are to be held in the month of July, thus elections were
postponed until such time.
HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION BYLAWS REVISION
MOTION: Adopt a resolution draft Historic Resources Commission bylaws as
proposed.

• Shared information related to the foundation board for Santa Ana College.
• Invited all to Santa Ana College's Open House Expo on March 12 from 10:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m.
