Budget Modification #2 has been approved and is effective October, 1, 2015. Section It B. of said Agreement states that Contractor has the ability to adjust line item amounts in the budget with the approval of the Executive Director, so long as the total Budget amount does not increase. The Budget shall be modified to reallocate $169,779.10 from the Travel, Supplies and Contractual line items to the Personnel, Benefits and Indirect Cost Rate line items.
