First & Pacific –A Neighbor’s Viewpoint
“Having first moved into this community in 1969 I have seen many
changes. Many of them have been quite negative … so as the new
improvements have evolved I have welcomed each one. I used to think about
how nice it would be for the Walnut apartments to go condo. Never did I
consider an entirely new development by there though. This goes past my
wildest dreams and when viewed as a compliment to the $88 million Bristol
Project it is just stunning. Not only do we need this development but we need
to study its progress and view it as a prototype for Santa Ana's
revitalization.”
