Huizar Agreement A -2011 -122, entered by G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc, and dne City of Santa Ana, dated May 2, 2011, as amended by Second Amendment No. A -2014 -116, Third Amendment No. A -2014 -215, and Fourth Amendment No. A- 2015 -254, pursuant to Section 3 "Tenn", this Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year term, through May 31, 2017 to continue providing security guard services at various City locations. Additionally, consistent with Section 2 of said Agreement as amended by the Fourth Amendment, compensation for the new one (1) year period shall not exceed $618,$10. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
