I would also like to ask that you also include a provision in your resolution to require the flying of the City of Santa Ana flag alongside the Flag of the United States and the California State Flag and a provision to not allow the City of Santa Ana flag to be displaced by any other flag. The Flag of the United States should always be placed in the position of honor. When our City government adopts a resolution to display a commemorative flag as an exercise of government expression, such as in support of Harvey Milk Day, LGBTQ Pride Month, the accounting of those who are identified as Prisoners of War or Missing In Action, and other issues of interest of our City, the City of Santa Ana's flag should also be flown to signify that the City of Santa Ana supports the issue of interest represented by the display of the respective commemorative flag. While we celebrate LGBTQ Pride, let's celebrate City of Santa Ana pride! Sincerely, Phil Bacerra 55A
