DISCUSSION CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: APPROVED ❑ As Recommended ❑ As Amended ❑ Ordinance on 1" Reading ❑ Ordinance on 2nd Reading ❑ Implementing Resolution ❑ Set Public Hearing For CONTINUED TO FILE NUMBER This action informs the City Council of the imminent approval of the subdivision based upon the Subdivision Map Act and meeting all of the conditions of approval set by the City. The City Engineer has received Final Tract Map No. 17962 (City Tract Map No. 2015 -03), for 2001 East Dyer Road (Exhibit 1), from the current owner, Heritage Village OC, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final approval. This subdivision is approved for Specific Development No. 88 (SD -88) zoning designation. The Tentative Tract Map No. 17962 was approved by the City Council on February 2, 2016. Pursuant to Section 34 -183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map within 10 days after the City Council meeting of August 2, 2016. STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #3 - Economic Development, Objective #2 (create new opportunities for business /job growth and encourage private development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies).
