The City of Santa Ana hereby exercises the second and final one (1) year term extension of
Agreement No.2014 -084 entered into June 1, 2014, with Copware Inc. Pursuant to
Section 1 of the Agreement, the subscription period will be June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2017.
All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
