Refer to enclosed Exhibit B. Per section VI.A Applicable Guidelines of the Agreement, the Contractor is obligated to comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including, but not limited to the performance standards in Exhibit B, including amendments or revisions made during the terms of the Agreement.
