RECITALS A. The City and CONTRACTOR entered into that certain Agreement on February 6, 2012 (#A-2012-019) ("said Agreement") for CONTRACTOR to provide software, internship development, a summer engineering institute program, and collaborate with the design and implementation of the Core Engineering Bridge Curriculum for the H -1B Technical Skills Training Grant. B. The parties hereto entered into a First Amendment to said Agreement on August 4, 2014 (#A-2012-019-01) to decrease the funds to CONTRACTOR by eighty-nine thousand, four -hundred dollars ($89,400.00). Cal C. The parties hereto now desire to amend said Agreement and Exhibit E to again reduce the CONTRACTOR's funding amount. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 1. Section II. A. "CITY'S OBLIGATIONS" shall be amended to decrease funds to CONTRACTOR by Forty -Three Thousand, One -Hundred Dollars ($43,100.00), so that the total amount of funds to CONTRACTOR under said Agreement, as amended, shall not exceed One -Hundred and Eighty -Four Thousand, One -Hundred Dollars ($184,100.00). An updated and revised Budget is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit E. Additionally, an updated Saddleback College 132E Rapid Tech Budget Narrative is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit F. 2. Except as herein above modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
