Dear all,
At tonight's Council Meeting, on item 12A: Downtown BID Renewal, Councilmember Martinez asked the clerk
to note that the BID did not file a report with the City of Santa Ana.
Downtown Inc. appeared before the Housing Commission on October 26th and presented the attached video
and presentation, which you may find useful:

For our December 20th hearing, we would like to give a presentation report for the Council and public, as we
feel our report is useful information for public interest. Please let us know which metrics or information would
be valuable to you so we can provide it.
Although we were asked to submit a budget for tonight's meeting, not a report, we e-mailed the city's downtown
liaison and our Councilmember (see below) on Oct 11 th and requested that we present a report at the Council
meeting tonight. We did not receive a response. Madeleine Spencer representing SABC was also at tonight's
meeting, but the clerk told her it was too late to speak on the item on behalf of SABC.

Hi Councilmember and Victor,
I wanted to inquire about moving the Council item regarding the BID renewal on Nov. 15th be moved to the
beginning of the meeting so that we can get an attendance for an affirming moment of the BID's value and good
work over the last year.
Will it be possible for us to do a brief Powerpoint presentation at the beginning of the item?
