NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a
public hearing to consider an ordinance adopting a first amendment to Development
Agreement No. 2015-03 for the Heritage Village Mixed-Use Development at 2001 East
Dyer Road.
This matter will be heard on December 6, 2016 at 5:45 p.m., or as soon as possible
thereafter, in the Council Chamber, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. All
persons interested in this matter are notified to appear at this time.
If you challenge the decision of the City Council on the above matter in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana at, or prior to, the public hearing.
