Hello City Staff,
After a full review of the Staff report on Agenda Item #65E, I am not able to find the Substitute Motion from the hearing
that took place on December 6' 2016 by Mr. Sal Tinajero and second by MS. Angela Amezcua, to change the
requirements of residency from 30 days to one year within their Ward.
I have attached the Minimum Requirements for you to view that it displays 30 days and the new verbiage should be
modified to state one year.
Please inform me if I missed it under a different Agenda Item. Thank you for your help.

Dear Mayor and Councilmembers,
After our two newest Councilmembers were purchased and delivered by the SAPOA, can there be any more
evidence that we must improve the residency requirement and change to district elections in our City?
Do what is in the best interest of our City and our residents. A govermnent by the people and for the people, not
purchased by a Union, most of whose members don't even live within our City. Any of you offended by the
above statements, is only further evidence that you care more about your personal agenda than what is best for
our City.
