Pursuant to the above referenced Agreement entered into by AD/S and the City of Santa Ana
dated December 1, 2015, and as extended by previous letter agreement A-2015-276-1, the time
period of said Agreement (Section 3 — "Term") is hereby extended for two (2) additional months,
through March 1, 2017, to allow for installation of wayfinding signage. All other terms and
conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
