THE CITY COUNCIL SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN: That the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana will hold a public hearing to
Conslcar changing the general plan and
zoning deslgnation of two parcels of land
located at 415 and 423 South Raitt Street
from a residential to an open space to
facilitate the future construction of a park
via the adoptlon of a resolution (General
Plan Amendment No. 2016-03) and an
ordinance (Amendment Application No.
2016-03). This matter will be heard on
February 21, 2017 at 5,45 1 or as
soon as possible thereafter, in the Courcil
Chamber, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, California. All persons interested in
this matter are notified to appear at this
tl me. If you challenge the decision of the
City Council or the above matter in court,
