1. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2016-02 (COUNTY MAP NO. 2016-103)
{STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2; 5, 3} (Vince Fregoso)
Jennifer Lange, representing AltaMed Health Services, is requesting a tentative parcel
map to subdivide an existing 1.9 acre parcel of land into two lots to allow the individual
sale of each medical/retail office building at 2720-2740 South Bristol Street located in
the Planned Shopping Center (C-4) zoning district.
Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on September 23, 2016 and
notices mailed on September 22, 2016.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map
No. 2016-02 (County Map No. 2016-103) as conditioned.
