TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2015-03
10:33 a.m.
Verny Carvajal, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross
Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Bob Beers, James Aldana Sr. and Rudolph Aldana, Applicants; Mr.
Huang, Resident; Ali Pezeshkpour, Associate Planner; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn
Magalona, Recording Secretary.
No written communications were received.
Mr. Pezeshkpour presented the staff report.
Mr. Beers stated the conditions are acceptable. Rudolph Aldana requested they retain the
1615 West Pomona Street address.
Discussion and clarification were made regarding the lot size, proposed architectural design,
walls and fences in the subdivision and utilities. The Zoning Administrator recommended the
applicants work with Mr. Pezeshkpour to create additional architectural articulation on the left
and right elevations.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2015-03
as conditioned.
The hearing adjourned at 10:48 a.m.
