PARCEL MAP NO. 2015-02
10:35 a.m.
Ali Pezeshkpour, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross
Annex Conference Room 1600.
Also in attendance were: Robert Knapp and Jack Wyett, Applicants; Hally Soboleske, Senior
Planner; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
No written communications were received.
Ms. Soboleske presented the staff report.
The Zoning Administrator modified Condition No. 1 to read `The tentative parcel map shall
comply with all conditions of approval as stated in the Development Review Committee (DRC)
letter sent to applicant dated November 15, 2015". Condition No. 7 was deleted due to its
similarity to Condition No. 3.
Mr. Knapp asked for clarification on Condition No. 6 and was explained by Ms. Soboleske.
The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant has reviewed and agreed to the conditions.
Mr. Knapp stated his agreement to all the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator noted the 10 -day appeal period from today's hearing and adopted a
resolution approving Parcel Map No. 2015-02 with modified conditions.
The hearing adjourned at 10:44 a.m.
