PARCEL MAP NO. 2016-02
10:35 a.m.
Verny Carvajal, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross
Annex Conference Room 1600.
Also in attendance were: Christine McSweeney, Hersel Zahab and Luzmaria Chavez,
Applicants; Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn
Magalona, Recording Secretary.
No written communications were received.
Mr. Fregoso presented the staff report.
Discussion and clarification was made on Condition No. 3 to require a landscape plan prior to
map recordation; and Condition No. 4 that the CC&Rs shall cover vehicular and pedestrian
access, ingress and egress, and fencing.
With the applicant's agreement, the Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving
Parcel Map No. 2016-02 with modified conditions.
The hearing adjourned at 10:47 a.m.
