MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2016-02
10:35 a.m.
Verny Carvajal, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross
Annex Conference Room 1600.
Also in attendance were: Tu Nguyen and Danny Nguyen, Applicants; Jerry Guevara, Assistant
Planner I; Ali Pezeshkpour, Senior Planner, Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona,
Recording Secretary.
No written communications were received.
Mr. Guevara presented the staff report.
Discussion was held regarding the cost and feasibility of upgrading the three power poles and
trenching of an underground electrical feeder.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2016-02 as
conditioned.
