entitled matter. I am the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the
ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER, a newspaper published in the English

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a
public hearing to consider adopting a new food vending vehicle ordinance, aka "Mobile
Vending" (Chapter 36 of the Santa Anal Municipal Code) and repeal outdated provisions
in the Santa Ana Municipal Code.
This matter will be heard on February 7, 2017 at 5:45 p.m., or as soon as possible
thereafter, in the Council Chamber, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. All
persons interested in this matter are notified to appear at this time.
If you challenge the decision of the City Council on the above matter in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana at, or prior to, the public hearing.
