Pursuant to the above referenced Agreement entered into by CSG Advisors, Inc. and the City of
Santa Ana dated February 17, 2015, the time period of said Agreement (Section 4 — "Term") is
hereby extended for one (1) additional year, through February 16, 2018. The insurance
certificates and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be extended and/or renewed to
cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in
fall force and effect.
