From: PJ Jahangiri [mailto:piahangiric&advantage-reo.com] Sent: Thursday, April 27, 2017 9:17 PM To: Pulido, Miguel; Martinez, Michele; Benavides, David; Sarmiento, Cc: Morley, Marc Subject: Proposed Hampton Inn Hotel project Dear Mayor Pulido and honorable Council members, Vicente; Solorio, Jose; Tinajero, Sal; Villegas, Juan I am writing you to express our undeniable full support for the proposed Hotel Project at Main Street and Interstate 5 freeway. When my wife and I first decided to purchase the MacFarlane Properties almost 3 years ago, it was our wish to preserve the historical integrity of these magnificent structures. To that end, we have spent many hours of personal love and much of our resources to care for and maintain the properties' original historical significance. We were approached by other developers interested in building a hotel on this site and the City parking lot. However, what impressed us the most with Net Development Co. and Kevin Coleman in particular was his sincere desire to preserve and harmoniously blend in the historical properties with the vision of the Hotel Project. We believe the development of a 4 star hotel will showcase the significance of the Museum Row; a gateway to the art community and in keeping with the City's vision of economic development while preserving the history and charm that the beautiful City of Santa Ana has come to represent. We are proud to support and be part of this project. Sincerely; PJ and Neda Jahangiri 714-423-2017
