Re: Consultant Agreement "Extension"
Dear Ms. Nachtigall-Fournier:
Pursuant to Section 5.1 ("Term") of the Agmemcnt No. N-2016-44, entered between
Govinvest, Inc, and the City of Santa Ana, dated September 7, 2016, the time period of said
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional four (4) month period, from .lane 8, 2017 to
October 5, 2017, The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to
cover this extension. All other terns and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and
in Rill force and effect.
