Per the Term, the parties seek to further amend the time period of said. Agreement for an additional one (1) year period, from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. The terms of the Agreement were from May 19, 2015 through June 30, 2016 and the total amount to be paid per this Agreement is not to exceed $201,600. The Agreement may be extended by a writing executed by the City Manager and the City Attorney and on May 18, 2016 the City extended the Agreement from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. A consultant for the City is currently conducting a detailed analysis of the optimal locations to install the CPS Units. Therefore, an additional extension of the Agreement is required through June 30, 2018. This Agreement Extension will be the 2°a and final extension of Agreement A-2015-089. This Agreement packet includes a CAO -signed Contractor Agreement Extension, the original Agreement A-2015-089, the first Agreement extension A-2015-089-01, and the approved insurance certificate.
