PUBLIC COMMENTS - None
CLOSED SESSION ITEM - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain
matters without members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on advice from
the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matter will prejudice the
position of the City:
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE — APPOINTMENT pursuant to Government Code Section
54957(b)(1).

immediately followed by the Regular Open Business Meeting at 5:45 p.m.
