U,'k�,P1Cc T4A-2017-312 �:oU�vt it BEC 14 2017 FIRST AMENDMENT TO EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND vT ; C, WISEPLACE '� ra (24 CFR Parts 91 and 575) THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO T14E EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT AGREEMENT is entered into this _ day of November, 2017, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city slid municipal corporation of the State of California C"City"), and NVISEPlaee, a California nonprofit organization ("Subrecipient"). RECPI`ALS A. On June 22, 2017, the City entered into an Emergency Solutions Grant Subrecipient Agreement #A-2017-072-04 with WISEPlace to provide Emergency Funds frown the United States Department of Housing and urban Development (HUD) to be used in the operation of an emergency solution program for the homeless or at risk of homelessness of the City of Santa Ara ("said Agreement"). B, In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties desire to amend to increase funds to the Subrecipient, which need to be spent by Tune 30, 2018. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promisees, and subject to the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the parties agree as follows: l.. Paragraph 5, shall be amended to increase funding to Subrecipient by $7,000,00 in new Outreach Raids for the Plaza of the Flags Project. The new total suer shall not exceed $30,654.00 in grant funding. 2. Section T, subsection A, shall be, arnended to add the specific tasks required of the new funds to target single wometa at the Plaza of the Flags, as detailed in the Scope of Services attached Hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. 3. Section III, shall be amended to increase fnnndiag to Subrecipient by $7,000,00, for a total sunn not to exceed $30,654,00. Subrecipient°s budget for these anew funds is attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference. 4. Except as hereinabove modified, the tonris and conditions of said Agreement rernain unchanged and in full force and effect.
