Pursuant to Section 1.02(a) C Perm") of Site License Agreement No. A-2016-201, entered into by
California Yellow Cab and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 1, 2016, the time period of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one year, through the period ending July 31, 2018,
The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension, All
other terns and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
