Ret First Extension of Agreement for Sales, Transactions and Use Tax Audit (SUTA) Services
Dear Mr. Jensen:
Pursuant to Section 3.1 ("Term') of Agreement No. A-2016.290 entered into by MuniServices, LLC and the
City of Santa Ana, dated October 4, 2016 the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional
six (6) month period, from January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018. The insurance certificates are required to be
extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. Therefore, please provide updated insurance certificates. All
other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

& Management Services Agency at 714-647-5428.
