Re: Second Extension of Lease Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and Tres Estrellas de Oro,
Inc., No. A-2015-284.
Dear Mr, Guzman:
Pursuant to Section 5 of Lease Agreement A-2015-284 ("Lease), entered into on December 15, 2015, the
parties opted on January 18, 2017, to extend the Lease for the first of the four (4) one-year extension periods
for the period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 (A-2015-284-01). The parties, by operation
of this letter, choose to exercise their option for a second one (1) year extension of the Lease for the period
from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 201 R. The insurance certificates are required to be extended
and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms an .cerndlrans Sf nidvi g eernent remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
