7 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 7 is effective as of this .`,�� day of &r—i' 2018, by
8 and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, (hereinafter referred to as "AUTHORI'T'Y')
9 and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter
10 referred to as "CITY').

12 WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 dated June 12, 2006, as last changed by
13 Amendment No. 6, dated March 1, 2016, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into a cooperative agreement
14 for the Bristol Street Widening Project; and
15 WHEREAS, CITY and AUTHORITY agree to extend the term of the Agreement by eighteen
16 (18) months to allow for completion of the worts:
17 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that
18 Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 is hereby amended in the following particulars only:
19 1. Amend ARTICLE 2. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS page 3 of 26, paragraph B, line 3, last
20 changed by Amendment No. 5, dated May 6, 2015, to delete "June 30, 2018" as the expiration date of
21 the agreement and, in lieu thereof, insert "December 31, 2019".
