success of Summer Night Lights will be determined by: <br />1- Overall attendance and youth attendance <br />2- Repeat participation in programming by families <br />3- Number of community groups and City and County agency involvement, amount of sponsors leveraged <br />4- Violence reduction in the areas served <br />5- Positive feedback received for future programming in subsequent years <br />lerformance Measures <br />Neutral Ground will track attendance and engagement each night through informal methods of door prize raffle tickets or <br />staff stationed at park entrances with hand tally counters. Through intensive outreach efforts, Neutral Ground plans to offer a <br />dariety of community groups, corporate/businesses, and Agency involvement with resource tables and popup tents that can <br />-otate weekly and/or nightly. Their involvement and Neutral Ground efforts will be tracked and documented. <br />Finally, Neutral Ground will solicit for both quantitative and qualitative assessments and feedback from families and <br />-ommunity members to be able to provide a detailed analysis of how the pilot program can be strengthened in subsequent <br />dears and how Neutral Ground could strengthen their own programming, as well <br />3s documenting successes. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
