PARENTS -The crime intervention program will also provide parents the opportunity to receive weekly family counseling <br />and parenting classes. Families experiencing crises intervention and emotional/behavioral problems, will be provided with <br />the therapeutic support they need for the entire family, including parents and siblings. <br />B - FREQUENCY of Service Delivery: <br />B 1. After -School -Arts and Tutoring Programs - Daily Service delivery including Saturdays! <br />B 2. Therapeutic Arts - Weekly Service delivery <br />B 3. Parenting Classes - Weekly Service delivery <br />B 4. Family Counseling - Monthly for Crime Prevention families and Weekly for Crises Intervention families <br />:. How the Service is Provided - The services will be provided at both Willard Intermediate School and at the Orange County <br />;hildren's Therapeutic Arts Center. <br />). Target Population - Willard Middle School students and Parents, and also other families that live in the Willard <br />Jeighborhood. <br />OCCTAC will document success of the program based on the following outcomes: <br />1) Successful enrollment of at least 75%of students targeted for the program <br />2) Successful attendance during the entire year of at least 70% of students targeted for the program <br />3) Successful participation during the entire year of at least 70%of our targeted youth in at least one After -School activity <br />of their choice (Arts, Tutoring, Therapeutic Arts, Counseling) <br />4) Successful enrollment of at least 60% of parents targeted for this program <br />5) Successful attendance throughout the year of at least 60% of parents targeted for this program <br />6) Successful participation throughout the year of at least 60% of parents targeted for this program <br />7) Parenting skills attained and Behavioral measures with at least 60% of our parents enrolled in the parenting classes, <br />support groups and/or counseling <br />Performance Measures <br />OCCTAC will track and measure the following outcomes qualitatively and quantitatively: <br />1) Student Regular Attendance at Willard Middle School <br />2) Student Regular Attendance in After -School Programs (Arts, Tutoring, Therapeutic Programs) <br />3) Student Participation, Cooperation and Attitudes (pre & post measures on Socio-Emotional Development, <br />Attitudes & Developmental Assets) <br />4) Student Grades/Reports - prior to and after intervention <br />5) Parent Regular Attendance (School functions, Parent-Teacher Conferences, Family Counseling, Family Literacy) <br />6) Parenting Skills and Behavioral Interventions (Pre & Post measures to measure growth) <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
