He regularly prepares PS&E packages for roadway <br />Improvements, site Improvements, and water and sewer systems for <br />numerous public and private agencies. He has significant knowledge <br />of and experience adhering to and applying Caltrans; Green Book; <br />APWA; and local agency, state, and Federal standards, <br />Santa Ana Cycle Track, Santa Ana, CA (Project Engineer) <br />Jeff asalsted with the design and studios for the cycle track within <br />the City of Santa Ana. We provided concept refinements and precise <br />alignment studies for the protected bike lanes utilizing raised medians, <br />landscape improvements, bulb -outs at designated Intersections, and <br />traffic signal modifications. The design will complete a one-way cycle <br />track in each direction along Bth and 6th Streets. The goal is to have <br />the cycle track reach the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center, <br />The total project length Is 2 miles of one-way cycle track and 0A miles <br />of two-way cycle track. <br />Jeffrey Bike Trail Extension*, Irvine, CA <br />(Engineering Task Manager) <br />Jeff provided assistance for the extension of the Jeffrey Bike Trail, <br />Services included survey and mapping, legal descriptions and plats, <br />bike trail improvement plans, signing and striping, lighting plans, utility/ <br />SCE coordination, Caltrans encroachment permit processing, and <br />construction costs and specificatlons. <br />Howard Way, Century Place and 16th Street Roadway <br />Rehabilitation, Costa Mesa, CA (Project Manager) <br />Jeff managed engineering design services to rehabilitate and <br />reconstruct Howard Way, Century Place, and 16th Street, Project <br />Improvements included pavement reconstruction, reconstructing <br />damaged curb and gutter, crass gutters, sidewalks, driveways and <br />driveway approaches, and wheel chair ramps (WCR) to meet ADA <br />requirements. Design plans were complied with the latest edition of <br />Caltrans, Green Book, APWA, and City standards. <br />Victoria Street Rehabilitation, Costa Mesa, CA (Project Manager) <br />Jeff managed civil engineering and topographic surveying services <br />to rehabilitate roadway pavement for Victoria Street from Harbor <br />Boulevard to the Santa Ana River.
