<br />John served as Technical Lead for an EIR prepared for the
<br />Orange County Water District's (OCWD) efforts to annex
<br />additional sections of Irvine Ranch Water District, the City of
<br />Anaheim and Yorba Linda Water District into the District's
<br />boundaries.
<br />Integrated Regional Water Management Plan, San Tlmoteo
<br />Watershed Management Authority (STWMA)*, Banning,

<br />John served as Project Manager for the San Timoteo
<br />Watershed Management Authority (STWMA)'s Integrated
<br />Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP).
<br />San Vicente Dam Raise EIR/EIS, San Diego County Water
<br />Authority*, San Diego, (Project Director)
<br />John served as Project Director for an EIRIEIS prepared for
<br />the San Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA)'s San
<br />Vicente Dam Raise and Carry-over Storage Project. When
<br />completed, this project will double the height of the existing
<br />dam and add 150,000 acre-feet of additional carryover storage
<br />capacity.
<br />Long Term Facilities Plan Programmatic EIR, Orange
<br />County Water District*, (Project Manager)
<br />John served as Project Manager for a Program EIR prepared
<br />for the Orange County Water District's (OCWD) Long Term
<br />Facilities Plan (LTFP). The purpose of the LTFP was to
<br />propose innovative long-term alternatives to maximize the
<br />beneficial use of all sources of water available to the
<br />Groundwater Basin.

<br />John is serving as PiC for an on -call contract to provide water,
<br />wastewater and Stormwater engineering and planning services
<br />for the City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Water &
<br />Power division.

<br />John is serving as PIC for an on -call contract to provide
<br />hydrogeological services for the SCWA.
<br />Chorro Reservoir Dredging Feasibility Plan and Dam
<br />Emergency Action Plan, California Department of
<br />Corrections and Rehabilitation, San Luis Obispo County,

<br />John Is serving as PIC for project to consider the feasibility of
<br />dredging sedimentfrom the existing Chorro Reservoir to
<br />restore the original storage capacity, The project also Includes
<br />the preparation of a Dam Emergency Action Plan (EAP) per
<br />the requirements of the State Division of Safetyof Dams
<br />(DSOD)
<br />Agricultural Irrigation Conservation Program, South San
<br />Juaqain Irrigation District, Manteca, California (Principal)
<br />John is PIC for a comprehensive program to implement an
<br />advance water conservation program for the District that
<br />Includes converting the existing irrigation delivery system to a
<br />pressurized, micro -spray and drip delivery system.

<br />John served as Task Manager for the preparation of a Toxicity
<br />Reduction Evaluation (TRE) for the Deuel Vocational Institution
<br />WWTP.
<br />Upper San Joaquin River Watershed Management Plan,
<br />Southern California Edison, Fresno County, California
<br />(Project Manager)
<br />John served as Project Manager for watershed planning
<br />program utilizing real time simulation (RTS) modeling to
<br />optimize operation of a large hydro -electric project.
<br />San Joaquin Facilities Program, SFPUC, Central Valley,
<br />California (Environmental Compliance Manager)
<br />John served as the Environmental Compliance Manager for
<br />the SFPUC's San Joaquin Facilities Program, which included
<br />Installation of a fourth pipeline, as well as improvements to
<br />existing facilities in the lower San Joaquin Valley.
