The financial assistance to the project assistance <br />Includes MHP Supportive Housing funds; County of Riverside HOME funds; City of <br />Moreno Valley HOME funds, donation of the land for the project from the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley; an PHLB AHP loan, and financial <br />contributions from the developer and contractor. <br />KMA Work Completed: In Progress <br />Contact Person: Shanikqua Freeman, Housing Program Coordinator <br />Telephone Number: 951.413.3445 <br />Email: shanikqua- <br />moval.org <br />City of San Dimas l Grove Station <br />KMA assisted the City in restructuring the covenants imposed on 10 "for sale" <br />affordable units to reflect current market conditions. The original covenants were <br />imposed irrevocably over a 45 -year term. The revised covenants allow home owner's to <br />resell the home on an unrestricted basis in return for providing the City with a share in <br />the unit's equity appreciation.
