PROJECT TITLE: <br />Garden Grove Blvd/ Memory Traffic Signal <br />Synchronization <br />PROJECT CATEGORY: <br />Traffic Improvements <br /> Traffic Improvements <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />OCTA Traffic Signal Synchronization Master Plan <br />identified that Garden Grove Blvd/ Memory Ln Corridor <br />is part of countywide corridor system that needs multi- <br />jurisdiction synchronization. This project will provide <br />traffic signal upgrades and synchronize traffic signals <br />across jurisdictional boundaries to reduce traffic <br />congestion and maintain the synchronization <br />improvement for 3 years. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />To provide inter-agency traffic signal coordination and <br />traffic infrastructure upgrades on Garden Grove Blvd/ <br />Memory Ln from Valley View St in City of Garden <br />Grove through the Cities of Westminster and Orange to <br />Bristol St in City of Santa Ana.
