Nancy Anglin, REM <br />Quality Assurance Officer <br />B.S., Geological Engineering, Queen's <br />University, Kingston <br />Graduate Studies, Civil Engineering, <br />University of New Brunswick <br />REGISTRATIONS/ <br />CERTIFICATIONS <br />National Registry of Environmental <br />Professionals, Registered Environ- <br />mental Manager <br />Ms. Anglin is a Principal Engineer and the local Environmental Division Manager for <br />Ninyo & Moore. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation of this division. Ms. <br />Anglin has developed and implemented quality assurance programs throughout her <br />career. Ms, Anglin's other professional experience includes acting as Contract or <br />Project Manager for a number of Ninyo & Moore's on-call contracts. Her technical <br />experience includes investigations of proposed construction projects for waste <br />management and worker safety requirements and evaluating properties proposed for <br />acquisition to determine the environmental liability the purchaser may be acquiring <br />along with the property. She prepares soil/groundwater management plans and other <br />environmental plans needed for construction projects involving contaminated sites. <br />She prepares bid plans and specifications to provide to the contractors performing <br />the construction activities on contaminated projects and responds to requests for <br />information (RFIs). <br />City of Santa Ana, YMCA Building Renovation Project, Santa Ana, California: <br />Ms. Anglin was the Quality Assurance Officer for the work related to the YMCA build- <br />ing renovation project, a structure that has been vacant for over a decade. An initial <br />hazardous building material survey was performed on the 45,000 square -foot struc- <br />ture, which is considered an historic landmark. Findings included damaged asbestos, <br />lead paint, universal wastes, and biological waste contamination. Reviewed a haz- <br />ardous building survey report, abatement specifications, and oversight of abatement <br />monitoring and clearance services. Ms. Anglin confirmed that appropriately licensed <br />and trained personnel supported the project and reviewed all project deliverables to <br />confirm quality. <br />OSHA 40 -hour HAZWOPER with <br />City of Irvine, On -Call Services for the Orange County Great Park, Irvine, Cal - <br />annual 8 -hour refreshers <br />ifornia: Quality Assurance Officer for this on-call environmental support con- tract. <br />OSHA 8 -hour HAZWOPER Site Su- <br />The former Marine Corps Air Station EI Toro is being transformed into the Orange <br />pervisor Training <br />County Great Park in the geographic center of Orange County. A project area span- <br />OSHOSHA 24-hour First Responder Oper- <br />ning approximately 4,600 acres, with more than 200 acres developed and 688 acres <br />ations Level <br />in planning and design and fully funded, the park master plan Includes recreation; <br />competitive sports facilities and parkland; preserves the environment and Orange <br />OSHA Excavation Competent Person <br />County's agricultural heritage; and honors the military history of the former air base, <br />Certification <br />To date services have included the oversight of removal of non -recyclable, non-haz- <br />Confined Space Entry Training <br />ardous, and hazardous materials encountered during demolition and grading. Ninyo <br />& Moore is expected to respond to environmental requests within 4 hours. Typical <br />First Aid and CPR Training <br />requests Include: health and safety evaluations; identification, abatement, remedi- <br />ation, or legal disposal of contaminated soil, lead based paint, asbestos -containing <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />materials, underground tanks, drums, wastes, pipelines, and other materials that <br />AFFILIATIONS <br />might have been used, abandoned, and not documented at a military facility of this <br />WTS International <br />type and vintage. Ninyo & Moore has responded to more than 15 callouts to -date and <br />completed assessments; provided oversight during removal and disposal activities <br />performed by the City's remediation contractor; performed confirmation sampling and <br />clearances; and prepared closure reports.
