<br />Industrial safety programs. His background encompasses projects within private
<br />industryā€˛ and government -funded environmental projects such as large-scale
<br />remedial investigations, waste characterization programs, and remedial actions, He
<br />has extensive project management experience In the design of industrial hygiene
<br />programs; asbestos and lead surveys, abatement, and abatement oversight; mold/
<br />microbial testing and risk assessments; Indoor air quality investigations; radiological
<br />characterization and remediation; hazardous waste site activities; emergency
<br />response planning; and designing and implementing hearing conservation and
<br />respiratory protection programs, Mr. Walde Is highly knowledgeable in ali forms of
<br />industrial hygiene, industrial safety; and health physics program development, He
<br />currently manages a team of industrial hygienists and construction safety professionals
<br />who specialize in asbestos, lead, mold/microbial, and indoor air quality (IAQ) issues.

<br />City of Santa Ana, YMCA Building Renovation Project, Santa Ana, :California:
<br />Mr, Walde has been performed project oversight on all health and safety aspects of
<br />the work related to the YMCA building renovation project. a structure that has been
<br />vacant for ,vera decade, An Initial hazardous building materialsurvey was performed
<br />on the 45,000 square -foot structure, which is considered an historic landmark,
<br />Findings included damaged asbestos, lead paint; universal wastes, and biological
<br />waste contamination, Reviewed a hazardous building survey report, abatement
<br />specifications, and oversight or abatement monitoring and clearance services, Mr.
<br />Walde oversaw the abatement monitoring needs for a 4 -month duration,
<br />City of Temple City, Various Projects, Temple City, California, As the Project
<br />CIH, oversaw hazardous building material surveys for upcoming demolition of a
<br />previous mortuary and four apartment buildings as the city was planning to purchase
<br />these properties, Asbestos and lead surveys were performed, including developing
<br />an inventory of universal waste materials Abatement bidding specifications were
<br />prepared for the mortuary, including supporting the City with, a pre-bid job walk for
<br />abatement and demo contractors. Abatement monitoring services were performed
<br />for the mortuary, including closeout report documentation. Abatement monitoring
<br />services for the four apartment buildings is planned for Summer, 2018.
<br />City of Irvine, tan -Call Services for the Orange County Creat Park, Irvine,
<br />Callfortiiw As the Project CIH, directed hazardous building material surveys and
<br />abatement monitoring services in preparation for demolition of various commercial
<br />structures in support of planned redevelopment of the property, Asbestos and lead
<br />surveys were performed, including developing an inventory of universal waste
<br />materials. In addition, specific abatement plans were prepared for the City in order to
<br />address sub -surface asbestos piping abatement. A procedure 5 plan was prepared
<br />In accordance with the local South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule 1403
<br />requirements. Abatement monitoring and clearance services was performed, for the
<br />hazardous materials identified by our surveys and closeout report preparation for
<br />each structure or sub -surface abatement location.
