<br />EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES
<br />Isaac has over 20 years of experience in the
<br />geotechnical, and testing and inspection industry.
<br />His experience includes geotechnical engineering
<br />for site characterization, suitability and design; and
<br />managing special inspection and materials testing
<br />during construction and post -construction. He has
<br />experience as an engineering manager and project
<br />manager responsible for oversight and administration
<br />of all technical services including supervision of all
<br />technical staff, special inspections, and technicians.
<br />Isaac's areas of expertise include seismic design
<br />analysis, ground improvement, stabilization, hazard
<br />mitigation and remediation, performance analysis, soil
<br />percolation studies, and pavement structural sections.
<br />He is proficient with AutoCAD, GStabl, All -Pile, Cliq,
<br />and SPT Liquefaction analysis. Isaac's duties include
<br />review of construction plans and specifications,
<br />attending jobsite meetings, preparation of engineering
<br />reports and proposals, and reviewing and reporting
<br />test results.

<br />Intermediate School, Santa Ana, CA: Project
<br />manager during a geotechnical investigation as well as
<br />testing and inspection services forthe construction of a
<br />two-story classroom building. The project consisted of
<br />classrooms, covered walkways, restrooms, sitework,
<br />and parking upgrades.
<br />+ City of Anaheim Angel Stadium Standing Room
<br />Only Project, Anaheim, CA: Project manager
<br />during a geotechnical investigation for the proposed
<br />construction of the Standing Room Only area which
<br />will be able to support over 500 occupants. The
<br />City of Santa Ana RFP No. 18-045, Geotechnical Engineering Services
<br />SCST Proposal No. 18-0308
<br />project will consist of removing the existing pre -cast
<br />seating in right field. Other work will include installing
<br />new structural slabs for the Standing Room Only
<br />area, which will consist of a lower, middle, and upper
<br />plaza with concessions stands, walkway ramps and
<br />stairways.
<br />+ City of Anaheim Public Utilities On -Call Contract,
<br />Anaheim, CA: Project manager during materials
<br />testing and special inspection services for various
<br />projects including the Clair Substation, the Hannum
<br />Substation 1B Transformer Replacement, CNG
<br />Fueling Station Upgrade, Pressure Regulating Station
<br />No. 10, and Lakeview Orangethorpe 12kV Relocation
<br />Projects.
<br />+ City of Anaheim Public Works Annual Contract,
<br />Anaheim, CA: Project manager during testing and
<br />inspection services for various projects including
<br />improvements at Tustin and La Palma Avenues,
<br />Imperial Highway, Lincoln Avenue, Stoddard Park,
<br />and West Anaheim Bike Trail, as well as citywide
<br />street rehabilitation and improvements.

<br />Street Sewer Improvements, Garden Grove, CA:
<br />Project manager during a geotechnical investigation
<br />for the design of sewer line improvements, including
<br />installation of 4,161 feet of 8, 10, and 15-inch Vitrified
<br />Clay Pipe (VCP) sewer mainline; 40 feet of 8 and 16-
<br />inch PVC-900 sewer line; installation of 120 feet of 16-
<br />inch PVC waterlines; and installation of 16 manholes.
<br />The project also included demolition of various
<br />manholes, removal and abandonment of existing
<br />sewer lines, and reconstruction and reconnecting of
<br />60 sewer house connections.
