The project is under the <br />jurisdiction of the Environmental Protection Agency, <br />Region 9, under Response Action Contract 3 Full <br />Service (RAC 3 FS). <br />+ Hawthorne Municipal Airport North Side <br />Development, Hawthorne, CA: Structural steel <br />welding inspection and observation and testing of <br />grading and utility trenching during construction of this <br />$9 million project.
