STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />PRISILA NERI I PROJECT COORDINATOR <br />Ms. Prisila Neri has worked in the inspection industry form ore than five years. Her skills <br />include project management and coordination. Prisila's experience consists of primarily <br />working with universities, colleges, school districts, and hospital facilities as well as the <br />Los Angeles and Long Beach Port project. <br />She has successfully coordinated multiple projects material testing and inspections. <br />Many of these projects ran concurrently and they were delivered on time and under <br />budget. She focuses on budget tracking each project. <br />Prisila specializes in working with DSA and OSHPD related work but excels in working in <br />all types of construction. <br />BROADWAY SIDEWALK REHABILITATION, LONG BEACH <br />Project Coordinator I Ms. Neri served as Project Coordinator for the Broadway Sidewalk Rehabilitation Project. The project <br />consisted of repairing and repurposing the bike lanes along Broadway in downtown Long Beach. RMA Group's scope of work <br />consisted of backfill compaction testing, concrete sampling and testing, and asphalt concrete compaction testing. <br />NOGALES GRADE SEPARATION, CITY OF INDUSTRY <br />Project Coordinator I Ms. Neri served as Project Coordinator for the Nogales Grade Separation Project. RMA Group provided <br />quality control services including the quality control manager, inspectors, and technicians to support the project. Our quality control <br />inspectors provided a full range of inspections including special inspection of reinforced concrete, welding, earthwork and paving <br />operations as well as electrical inspection for signals and rail systems. Our technicians performed field and laboratory testing of soils, <br />aggregate bases, ballast, portland cement concrete, and asphalt pavements. <br />RAYMOND AVENUE GRADE SEPARATION, FULLERTON <br />Project Coordinator I Ms. Neri served as Project Coordinator for the Raymond Avenue Grade Separation Project. RMA Group's <br />scope of work included preparing a quality control program, performing field materials testing, and inspection for quality control <br />of earthwork (backfill), aggregate base, asphalt concrete, portland cement concrete, and welding. We also provided laboratory <br />testing for qualification and production of soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel materials. <br />UNIVERSAL PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE, STUDIO CITY <br />Project Coordinator I Ms. Neri served as Project Coordinator for the Universal Pedestrian Bridge Project. The Universal Pedestrian <br />Bridge was designed to connect three corners of the intersection. RMA Group's proposed scope of work consisted of preparing a quality <br />control plan and testing for quality control of; earthwork, aggregate base, Portland cement concrete, asphalt concrete pavement, and <br />welding. <br />MORENO VALLEY CORPORATE YARD, MORENO VALLEY <br />Project <br />Coordinator I Ms. Neri served as Project Coordinator for the <br />Moreno Valley Corporate <br />Yard Project. RMA <br />Group <br />provided soils and compaction testing for the off -site sewer improvements <br />performed on <br />Iris Avenue. Field <br />testing <br />of the soil base was by the sand volume method, ASTM D1556, <br />and the direct transmission nuclear method, <br />ASTM <br />D6938. The maximum density optimum moisture relationship <br />was established in the <br />laboratory by the <br />ASTM D 1557 test method. <br />CRENSHAW / LAX TRANSIT CORRIDOR, LOS ANGELES <br />Project Coordinator I Ms. Neri serves as Project Coordinator for the Crenshaw / LAX Transit Corridor Project. RMA Group is <br />responsible for the supervision and coordination of inspections and testing on a daily basis, primary review inspection and testing <br />records, and implementation of the Quality Program Manual.
