All software and hardware is maintained by <br />Siemens. <br />• Siemens excludes all foliage control, as may be required for radio communication. <br />• All permits and submittals to city, or local AHJ, are by others and excluded from this scope <br />of work. <br />• SA Jail test, inspection and cleaning is excluded from base services. All equipment is <br />covered by repair and replace services, <br />• Siemens maintains HP OEM Partner status, Milestone Platinum Partner status and Cisco <br />Gold Certified status. Service and maintenance is executed by appropriately trained service <br />engineers. <br />• Siemens requires signed agreement or acceptable client Purchase Order, prior to all work <br />commencement, including parts acquisition or project mobilization. <br />Unrestricted SOW Page 14 <br />
